Pedagogical conditions for the formation of the competence of official documentation at future lawyers

Abstract

To perform official documents is important in the lawyer’s professional activity, while the conditions and results of interaction between the bodies are fixed there. The article is devoted to the actual problem of determining the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the competence of official documentation (COD), which is key for lawyers.

The purpose of the study is to determine and substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the successful functioning of the previously developed pedagogical model for the formation of CODE among future lawyers in the process of their training.

The authors proceed from the assumption that the basic level of COD should be laid in the process of studying at the university through the use of professionally oriented educational content, the use of active teaching methods in the educational process, as well as continuous monitoring of the process of forming COD on the basis of the developed diagnostic tools, and specific practice in a particular legal area would contribute to its further development.
