Research aspects of digital transformation of professional training of medical university residents

Abstract

The relevance of the article is determined by the digital transformation of the national education system, in general, and medical education, in particular, in connection with which the process of professional training of resident doctors is undergoing quite definite changes due to the use of new digital content and digital resources in the higher school system. The purpose of the article is to study the mechanism of digital transformation of professional training of medical university residents and to identify ways of adequate and effective use of digital content in the process of their training.

The necessity of taking measures to develop adopted methods of teaching and evaluating the achievements of residents in a digital format, including diverse control, attendance at classes on digital platforms, as well as personal attendance at classes online, is substantiated. The debatable issues of ethical aspects of digitalization of the educational environment of medical universities and related prospects for the use of artificial intelligence systems in the field of medical education are proposed for discussion.
