Abstract

The present research article details the study of organizational and pedagogical conditions providing highest possible development of communication skills, a high level of empathy of nurses at the stage of postgraduate education. The problem of communication between medical workers and patients is one of actual, and hotly debated issues today.

Misunderstanding or conflict situations could well be resolved at the phase of their contact. Thus, creation of conditions for medical specialists contributing to their professional growth and self-development through continuous medical training in communicative competencies is required. The goal of the article is to describe the study on evaluating the effectiveness of a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the development of communicative competency in nursing applying simulation technology.

The set of organizational and pedagogical conditions discussed by the authors proved to ensure development of communicative competency, to significantly improve the quality of communicative training of students. The article is intended for specialists in the field of medical pedagogy, researchers, and practitioners of additional professional education.
