Abstract

The relevance of the article is due to the need to train highly qualified teaching staff and their subsequent comprehensive support in professional pedagogical activity. This multidimensional problem affects the entire education system of the Russian Federation: starting from the level of general education and through the professional pedagogical training of future teachers, it passes into the system of additional professional pedagogical education. The purpose of the article is to determine the structure and functions of the system for assessing the quality of pedagogical education based on professional deficits in the subjects of the Russian Federation.

The authors have developed a system for assessing the quality of pedagogical education based on professional deficits in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, identified the objects and subjects of evaluation, for each level of formation of a pedagogical worker, the subject of evaluation and appropriate evaluation procedures are presented, five areas of quality management mechanisms of pedagogical education based on professional deficits in the subject of the Russian Federation are identified and criteria for their evaluation are developed.

The system of assessing the quality of pedagogical education based on professional deficits provides analysis, identification and identification of problems and deficits of the regional system of pedagogical education in the subject of the Russian Federation.
