Abstract

The cognitive direction of science is quite widespread in the modern knowledge system, including the humanities. A significant obstacle to the further scientific understanding of the cognition phenomenon is the absence of a number of named pedagogy scientific areas as a science of education and development of a person and the management of these processes within the higher education framework. The presented article embraces individual studies of the authors in the cognitive paradigm of education development and cognitive pedagogy as its applied knowledge. The purpose of the article is to systematize the conceptual foundations of cognitive pedagogy, to reveal its methodological base, to generalize the patterns and tools.

The article is aimed for scientists, researchers, teachers who study the development of educational systems and processes.
