Is it possible for a cluster to evolve into an educational ecosystem of a technical university?

Abstract

In order to achieve technical sovereignty, the branches of the national economy of Russia need highly professional, competent specialists and engineers. Their training is carried out in the system of secondary vocational and higher education. To train specialists in accordance with the requirements of production, their interaction with colleges and universities is necessary, which is possible with the transformation of the educational process, the system of practical training. The integration of these systems is possible as part of scientific and educational clusters based on the differentiation and individualization of secondary vocational and higher education.

Educational clusters were created in the Republic of Tatarstan on the basis of leading universities that have achieved good results in personnel training. However, the current socio-economic situation in Russia requires the formation of new personal and professional qualities among of graduates. This becomes possible when clusters are transformed into educational ecosystems.

The analysis of the cluster and the educational ecosystem of the university is carried out from the standpoint of the concept of organizational management, the main purpose of which is to solve the problem of the cluster today (improving the effectiveness of training) and the prospect of the evolution of its educational ecosystem in the future, i.e. its prospects (education of a highly professional eco-friendly specialist). The novelty of the work is the identification of the process of evolution of the educational cluster into the educational ecosystem of a technical university. The features of the ecosystem of a technical university are determined.

The results of the work can be recommended to universities for the creation and development of educational ecosystems for the training of specialists providing innovative technological development of industrial production in Russia.

The purpose of the article is to conduct a comparative and comparative analysis of cluster and educational ecosystems and prove the possibility of cluster evolution into the educational ecosystem of a technical university.
