Abstract

The relevance of the article is due to the need to implement flexible training strategies in the interests of the territory of advanced socio-economic development (TASED). The purpose of the study is to ensure the flexibility of personnel training based on the development of multifunctional cooperation of a regional university, residents of the TASED and a cluster of enterprises-technological innovators. The current state of the study of the problem of interaction between a university and a technological innovator enterprise and its conditionality with the interests of the region is revealed.

The authors have formulated the principles of uniqueness, parity and dynamics of partners' competencies, which ensure effective cooperation in personnel training. Infrastructure transformations based on the university are classified. The efficiency of partner interactions in the realization of flexible training strategies in the system “school- VET-organization-university-enterprise” is proved on the basis of Orenburg state university Kumertau branch in the conditions of city Kumertau (status TASED). The article is intended for managers and employees of educational organizations.
