Abstract

The relevance of the article conditioned to the need to understand the efficiency of modernization processes in the field of Russian education. The article reveals the difficulties problems the process of implementing the strategic purpose and objectives set for universities. The purpose of the article is to identify and analyze current problems hindering the implementation for the transit of modernization. An analysis of the survey of students and teachers of Russian and Chinese universities revealed some of problems, which demonstrate the general trends in educational systems in the context of the transformation of the modern social sphere.

The results of the study made it possible to objectively identify the vulnerable components of modernization and determine the important conditions for the development of the educational environment, oriented towards the humanistic approach. The article is intended for university teachers, focused on enhancing the efficiency of their teaching activities.
