The study of the features of the social development of gifted high school students in the educational environment of the organization

Abstract

The relevance of the article is due to the need to study the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of internal motivation for the activities of gifted students. One of the necessary conditions for the development of gifted children is the presence of a competently organized educational environment, in interaction with which the self-realization of a gifted child will be ensured, skills and abilities will be improved, his cognitive needs will be met, high results will be achieved in the field of knowledge studied and self-disclosure of new abilities.

The results of numerous studies indicate that not all educational institutions have created a developing educational environment, traditional forms and methods of teaching still prevail, orientation to the "average" student, low pace of the educational process organization. Such specificity hinders the development of internal motivation to learn, and also complicates the formation of important personal characteristics, the absence of which complicates the process of developing and realizing one's talent, such characteristics include: focus on overcoming difficulties, perseverance in achieving goals, the ability to self-reflection.

The article defines the psychological and pedagogical conditions under which the development of motivation for learning activities among gifted schoolchildren will be carried out more effectively: an educational environment saturated with resource potential to activate the cognitive interest of gifted schoolchildren; the educational environment promotes interpersonal interaction between the subjects of the educational process; an individual approach is provided based on reflection, studying the results of the study of the motivational sphere of gifted students.
