Creative environment of scientific and educational environment: methodology, technology of professional and personal development

Abstract

The relevance of the article is determined by the scale and complexity of the problems that arise in the establishment and formation of the country's technological sovereignty, rethinking the transition to fundamentally new technologies for solving socio-economic problems. These circumstances require the results of the transformation of the education system in the context of the transition to the traditional social system of training specialists, scientific justification, enrichment of the methodology of professional training for such an important industry as construction.

The variety of methods, forms, ways, disclosure and identification of the developing potential of the spatial-subject, information-educational, educational-educational-scientific environment of the university is one of the most important foundations for the transformation of education, personal development of specialists. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the spatial-subject environment as a factor in ensuring the efficiency of the professional and personal development of students, to determine their creative potential in the process of self-development of self-education.

In general, the educational environment in the scientific literature is represented by a study of its methodological, social, organizational and technological foundations with the allocation of components characteristic of the pedagogical process – educational, professional, social, research. The authors substantiate and reveal the possibilities of providing the university with creative structures, which are essentially defined as creative spaces that unite environments, conditions for generating educational, social, economic, cultural, knowledge activities of students, implementing the processes of self-development, self-education, self-education.

Creative centers of the Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering - such as "Strength", "Buffet", "Systems", "Technology", "Roads", "Urban Planning", "Digital", "Heritage", "Architectural Physics", "Development", "Basis" and others are presented as transforming environment of educational premises, open planning, technical and technological content in accordance with the characteristic innovative requirements for the implementation of professional development in the areas of training specialists for the construction industry.
