Formation of the readiness of future physics teachers for the implementation of civil and patriotic education of schoolchildren by means of the subject being taught

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze the possible methods and forms of organization of students' activities on the formation of competencies that allow for the spiritual and moral education of students on the basis of basic national values. The authors identified the functional capabilities of academic disciplines, as well as research work and production (pedagogical) practice of future teachers, who form the ability to use the capabilities of the educational environment for achievement of personal, meta-subject and subject learning outcomes and ensuring the quality of the educational process by means of the subject "Physics".

Possible practical methods of familiarizing students with the material of civil and patriotic content within the framework of the school physics course are presented. The described experience can be used in the preparation of bachelor's students studying in the direction of "Pedagogical Education", in the organization of advanced training courses for educators, master classes aimed at improving the competence of physics teachers in the field of forming patriotism and civic identity of schoolchildren.
